    A Montreal online travel agency that sells flights from 400+ airlines.

    • Core engineer on Mila, FlightHub's AI customer-service agent, in chat and voice (cancellations, changes, refunds, corrections, baggage and billing): Mila handles 90% of chat conversations and resolves 60%+ of all chats start to finish. Contributed to the in-house agent framework (tool calling with pause and resume, human-in-the-loop, parallel tool calls), the prompt-management platform and the customer-service systems around Mila.
    • Built a payments hub for supplier payments (virtual cards, BIN management, multi-processor routing), with refund and payout flows designed to fail closed.
    • Built reconciliation pipelines for payment and insurance partners.
    • Built fraud tooling: fraud detection, a transaction graph with a portal for analysts, and the chargeback data layer.
    • Integrated flight content from airlines and travel suppliers.
    • 7,000+ commits and 1,600+ merged pull requests since 2022.
